ある夜、弁財天は義経の枕元に現れ、自分の死を告げ、神の世界へ帰りました。
愛する弁財天の死を知った義経は、丁重に菩提を弔いました。
その後、義経は「大日の法の写し」を自在に操り、平家を滅ぼしましたが、奪い取った巻物は、平家滅亡後、消えてしまいました。
その後は兄「源頼朝」から裏切り者扱いをされて、義経も儚い死を迎えることとなりました。
